1. Couture Craftsmanship & Authenticity
Welcome to MERAKI. By accessing our platform or placing an order, you agree to our terms. Each garment is created using authentic, high-grade fabrics (pure chiffons, luxury lawns, velvets, and silks) and intricate artisanal needlework. Minor variations in hand-embroidery or stone placement are intrinsic characteristics of bespoke Eastern couture.
2. Tailoring & Custom Stitching
For stitched and bespoke couture suites, measurements submitted by the client are strictly adhered to by our master tailors. Once an order enters the stitching process, changes to sizing or cancellations cannot be accommodated.
3. Orders, Pricing & Payments
All prices are presented in PKR (and convertable to foreign currencies for international clientele). We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, alongside bank wire and online card payments. Advance token deposits may be requested for bridal or high-value custom ensembles.
4. Exchange & Quality Resolution
Exchanges are granted if a verified manufacturing defect or fulfillment discrepancy is reported within 48 hours of receipt. Bespoke stitched or custom altered garments are non-returnable.
