- Nationwide Delivery: Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 3-6 business days via premium courier partners.
- International Shipping: Worldwide express delivery available within 6-10 business days.
Exchange & Quality Guarantee
Each MERAKI piece undergoes a strict multi-point quality audit prior to packaging. Because our collections feature delicate hand-embroideries, zari, crystals, and delicate pure fabrics, we maintain a clear exchange policy:
- Eligible for Exchange: If you receive an incorrect item, wrong size, or verified fabric defect reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Non-Eligible Cases: Custom stitched orders according to bespoke client measurements, items that have been altered, washed, or worn, or change of mind after delivery.
